Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

This is our favorite Cancun area resort so far, after being at 5 others. Great rooms. Fantastic food. Fun activities. But quiet areas if you aren’t looking to socialize. Only downside is that you need to grab chairs early, but not a problem for us since we wake early even on vacation. Tremendous service. Our first day there before we had our room or chairs at the pool, our server found two chairs for us!

My husband and I had been saving for months to go on this trip together. When we got married, we weren’t able to go on a honeymoon and now we have two kids and I just graduated college and we were celebrating our anniversary and graduating college. Unfortunately, there was some documentation issues and we were not able to travel out of the country. We reached out to Suncountry and they were able to issue a refund for our flights. We reached out to this resort right away, and they did not sympathize at all. They kept every single penny. I understand we should’ve purchased the insurance policy, but to be completely honest, we didn’t have any extra money for it. Our hearts are completely broken. We would’ve been happy to accept anything. Partial reimbursement or credit for an upcoming trip but we were given nothing . I would not recommend this resort due to the lack of understanding when situations occur. My heart is broken.

I found this resort breathtaking. The beach was stunning and the grounds were immaculate. There were many dining options and the room service was a lifesaver in the morning to enjoy my patio for coffee, and for late night snacking. I went with my husband for a little getaway from our kids, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The entertainment was topnotch, especially the African Acrobats. We also loved Basmati as a dining option. I do wish the pool was livelier during the day with music/DJ and I did find it hard to get a chair at the pool & beach, even when I was up at 7am to reserve. Otherwise, the staff was awesome, the amenities were great and I would definitely come back.

The property was gorgeous. The staff and customer service was excellent as well as the entertainment and activities for guests. I loved water Zumba and Mexican Nights. The food was awesome at Spice and The Grill. The only restaurant that wasn’t that great was the Lobster House. But I would return to the resort again 😊
